We have tried at least 3 other automatic litter boxes and this is the only one our cat would step into. We are into our 3rd week and it has worked wonderfully for our household. We love that we no longer have to scoop (which we were quite lax about) and our cat is happy his box is always clean. Previously with our poor scooping habits, he expressed is displeasure by doing his business on the floor next to the box. We've had no problems with anything sticking to the box or not going into the waste bin. I will say that with our cat, we need to empty the waste bin about every 4 days but it is quite simple.
