RETURN & REFUND POLICY
PETKIT is committed to customer satisfaction. If our products don’t meet your expectations, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date.
PETKIT accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.
If the order has already been processed, there may be a small fee deducted from the refund amount to cover the costs incurred during the interception of the order.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is shipped out. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days.

Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
● Returns must include all accessories.
● Petkit will bear the shipping cost for product quality problems. Customers will need to pay for shipping on returns unrelated to product quality.
● Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.
For product quality issues, please email RETURN@PETKIT.COM to initiate a return process. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure that ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED TO PETKIT'S DESIGNATED RETURN ADDRESS.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method ( E.g. credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain amount of days. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
