I bought the litter box from PETKIt. I have been highly satisfied with it and trusted this company enough to buy the water bowl. I am a cat breeder and knew my sweet cats needed the best. This product has been wonderful. It provides ample amount of water, is easy to put together, has a great design, looks lovely, and is not noisy. My cats love it. I wish I would have found out about this company sooner. I love how the directions provide you with a QR code and video on how to set it up. Great job and thank you!

I have been hesitant on caving on getting a cat fountain for over a year, soley because my furry beast isn’t a big water consumer to begin with but he loves the bubbler! I NEVER caught him drinking water until this fountain. I love that I can control it from the app. It’s sleek and quiet. I have mine set to filter every 30 min for 3 min and the filter is said to last for almost a year so my worry of constant filter replacement is gone! My only “negative” is the size of the unit, it’s quite large however I knew the size when purchasing. I’ve become a PETKIT fanatic 😅 I purchased the PETKIT feeder years ago when my furball went through 5 automatic feeders (he is very skilled at breaking through to get his food) and the PETKIT survived multiple attempts! I even recently purchased the Puramax litter box (review to follow setup). I would recommend this fountain to all my cat lovers.

have had three pet fountains and this one is the best. It’s quiet and SO EASY TO CLEAN. My other fountain had little nooks and I always worried about bacteria getting caught where I couldn’t clean it. No worries here. Simply lift the basin off the base, take off the lid and wipe everything down. I have had limited use of the app, only downloading it to turn off the replacement filter reminder.

My cats both were a little suspicious of the fountain at first. It was more accepted by one than the other, one is the literal definition of a scaredy cat and he prefers to drink water out of the toilet compared to this, but his brother is totally fine. I’m hoping the one gets used to this eventually. It was easy to put together and he instructions were easy to follow for both cleaning and assembly. It is super quiet. It does have a small light on it but since it isn’t in the bedroom with me I don’t have any worries about brightness.

Great water fountain for cats. I had a different model of PETKIT before this one and find it much easier to use. It holds a lot more water and only need to add water every 10 days or so. It also can be controlled by the app, so I know if it is working and if I need to add water.

Constant, smooth water flow and completely noiseless.

It is a hit!! Other fountains get moss in the tiny corners of the pum and it's not noisy, perfect for fidgety/nervous cats.

We love this thing and so do our cats. The wireless base makes refilling and cleaning easy. It’s designed extremely well - there aren’t any hidden nooks and crannies where nasty stuff can develop. Even the pump is easy to take apart and clean with the included impeller tweezers. Replacement filters are very fairly priced, and they are necessary since cats get food crumbs and whiskers etc in their water over time. One of our cats used to constantly play with the water in his bowl, and this completely fixed that problem.

This fountain is a total game-changer. It’s quiet, cordless, and keeps the water clean for days. I noticed both of my cats drinking more almost immediately after switching to this. This is honestly the best pet water fountain I have ever had. The first few days were hard for my cats to adjust only because they are giant Mainecoons and like to touch and knock over everything. Once they got over the new and shiny aspect of it and realized it was a new drinking fountain it was fine. The filter works great. Keeps everything out of the reservoir and keeps the pump clear of debris and cat hair. The fact that there are no cords around the pump is also a great idea. Every part of this is easy to clean. I was hesitant of getting a plastic one because of the bacterias that can grow on it but I find myself cleaning it less than the stainless steel one I had since the filter works so well keeping everything out. Using about 1 filter per month, I rinse them off when I refill it and it works just fine. It's super quiet also. The base has a small light that blinks when the water is low or the pump is not in the correct place for wireless power exchange. Worth every penny.

We owned one of the older PetKits and couldn't imagine how it could have been better, but they made it better, by a long shot. It's a great design in the way the pump motor is powered and the ease of cleaning (don't need to bother with the power supply, and round rather than rectangular is a better idea). The cat finds it entertaining to watch as well. We're all happy with this purchase.

My daughter recommended this after trying other fountains. My 3 cats love this fountain. We had gotten another one that scared them but this they are drinking from, one cat even washes his paws in it!

Very easy to assemble and refill with water. Can't notice any noise which is nice, but it does have lights that will blink or change color if it needs to be refilled or have a filter replaced. Its at a good height for all three of my cats to comfortably drink.

After years of leaving the bathroom/kitchen faucet dripping for our cats, I was thrilled to “find” these available. My cats watched as I assembled it and couldn’t wait to get their first drink. They love it, and even let me know if it’s time to change out the filter when it’s not running as well as it should. I would definitely buy again.

I was given one of these for free from someone who’s cat had passed away. I love this item so much I bought two more. Easy to use, easy to clean, I love the app for them also… My only complaint is I wish the app would tell you the water level but I would still recommend this every time!
