Switch Working Modes via The App

Smart Mode

The water flows intermittently. Sterilization is in sync with the water pump's on/off cycle.

Normal Mode

The water flows continuously. Sterilization is continuous 3-hour, then switches to intermittent sterilization (the interval: 3 hours ; sterilization duration: 1 hour).

Sleep Mode

Customize the sleep period. The pump doesn't work during this period.

Real-time Monitoring on App

With the reminder on the app, you will never forget to refill water or replace the filter.

*The App controls the device via Bluetooth connection.

Remote Control

You can control your water fountain remotely and get notification via remote interconnection, if you have at least one of the PETKIT products as the main device.

I am sure this product is great, but f you aren’t tech savvy, you’ll never put it together. At this point I am ready to return it. I’m sure it’s past the returning point. I was excited for my cat to have a new water fountain.

Pretty neat little fountain. Keeps the water fresh. No need to change it daily anymore. Fits in perfectly with all the other automated cat devices.

Fantastic fountain! We’ve been through them ALL!!! This is the first one that after a couple weeks didn’t stop working…and that’s just the start. We’re on week 3 now, filled the water twice…and when checking the fountain…there’s no slimy (slippery) surfaces from the cat’s saliva or anything…it’s actually pretty damned impressive! We’ve already ordered a backup UVC pump and months worth of filters! THIS IS THE ONE!

Outstanding product - App needs some work

The EverSweet 3 Pro is truly an outstanding product. I have one cat, that took a few days to get used to it, however, now she only drinks from this fountain. It is easy to set up, easy to clean, and very quiet. The filter system blocks hair from getting in the system, and the pump is easy to care for and clean.
Filters were cheap, so I ordered a few of them, as extras are best. Overall a great product.

The app on the other hand needs some work. You can't change the standard language for directions as they all load in another language I can't read. I am just glad it was easy to figure out.

Great water fountain for my cat ... but

I have had an earlier model for years but wanted to upgrade to the wireless pump because it would be easier to maintain. I love this fountain but was shocked to find there is no battery backup in this model. Why? My 4 year old model had battery backup so why would this 'upgraded' model not have it? And unfortunately, I bought 2. And now I don't feel safe leaving for a few days because if the power went out, there would be no water for my cat.
