EverSweet 3 Pro (UVC)

Kitties love this. Much more than the plastic flower fountain I got them before. Love how the pump doesn’t run when water is low and no wires! Two complaints: i would love to be able to see the water level instead of my cat yelling at me when the pump isn’t going. Also woulda have preferred it to come with a wall outlet.

It's a very good product. The only issue i have with it, is it does not have the little window in it to see the water level. This morning I got up and had no idea my cat had no water until I saw the flashing blue light. Who knows how long overnight he went without water if there is no sign of it needing refill until afyer it's completely empty

I love the fountain but am having connectivity problems. It doesn't work in smart mode, so it has to run all of the time. Also, it doesn't let me know when the water runs out.

I thought UVC or UV light would prevent biofilm slime build up. I'm not sure it's due to the current setting (1 min of UV light operation pump recirculation vs 5 min sleep time). I may have to adjust these settings. Overall, I'm disappointed with the level of automation, I would prefer that fountain to automatically start flowing once the cat pet presence is detected when it comes close with the feeder.

Even though it is a pricey object, it is very useful and it keeps my fur babies hydrated.
