Can I use other brand’s crystal cat litter?
Do not use crystal cat litter from other brands, nor other litter types such as tofu litter or mineral litter. Otherwise, it may cause the product to malfunction. PETKIT crystal cat litter is specially designed and developed by PETKIT for the Purobot Crystal Duo self-cleaning litter box.
What should I do if my cat has problems using it?

If your cat seems hesitant, try placing one poop and one urine clump from the old box into the new one. How should I dispose of used litter?
Never flush soiled litter down the toilet. Instead, place the entire tray, including litter, in a dedicated trash bag, no need for gradual scooping. Tie the bag securely and dispose of it in your outdoor trash. Then, clean the litter box thoroughly, install a new tray, and refill it with fresh crystals.
