Very Disappointed

I have the PuraMax2 & Purobot Max Pro and I'm disappointed that it doesn't work as indicated by PETKIT. The mats are a pricey item that is supposed to be non-stick and it's not true at all. I just replaced the mats and the same day both mats had clumps on the max and it leaves residue behind. I thought it was my litter so I've tried different litter and it always sticks. Also, the PURAMAX 2 doesn't automatically clean after being used. I am having to do a manual clean several times a day! This is more work than having a traditional cat litter box.
