I received the 4 bottles but had thrown away the original cotton absorbing stick that drops down into bottle.... at the very least one or two sticks - the bottles of purifying liquid are useless!
Hi, the cotton absorbing stick should be kept which is connected with and belongs to air purifier smart spray. We can send you it from factory please check your mail.

Although the description of the item says for Large cats the reality is completely different, My cat weighs 23 pounds and couldn't fit in the litter box he went almost 3 days without using the litter until I had to put back his old one The return process was a real nightmare. The ridiculous amount number of emails we exchanged without success was stressful, nobody seems to understand the situation and I was in a lot of stress for about 8 days at the end, they charged me $72 for shipping after I had already paid $11.00 for worry-free shipping. I do not recommend this company, don’t waste your money and your sanity with this product.

We wanted to clarify a couple of points that might help explain what happened. Our product page does include a 22.05 lb weight limit in the Specs section, and we realize now that with your 23-lb cat, the fit may have been too snug for comfort. We understand this doesn't change your experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention - it helps us think about how we can make important details like weight limits more visible to customers.
Regarding the return process, we're sorry it felt more complicated than it should have. We want to be transparent about how our policies work: our 'Worry-Free Shipping' protection is designed to cover issues that happen during delivery, but it doesn't extend to return shipping costs. For returns that aren't due to a product defect, customers are responsible for return postage. The $72 fee reflected the shipping cost for both the litter box and accessories in your order.
That said, you're always welcome to arrange your own return shipping if that's more convenient or economical for you. Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll issue a refund according to our Return Policy.

Works well, however the Pura Max continued to indicate the bottle was at 100% throughout its life, and have to guess when to switch it out. Overall satisfied
