편리함은 확실 하지만 사용 하루만에 수질 오염이 느껴졌다. UV 라이트 기능이 있어서 구매하였지만 물에서 냄새가 나서 진짜 가동이 되는지 의심스럽기까지 하다.
난 최소 3일정도는 관리 없이 깨끗한 물이 제공되길 기대 했지만 실제로 나는 매일매일 청소를 해주고 있다.
내생각에 과장된 광고인것 같다.

as always, this is tje 5th petkit device that I have for my 5 cats

I have my fountain set up and working, and it seems to be fine, although it is NOT user friendly and the “quick start” guide does not clearly explain what works only when plugged in as opposed to on the wireless. I was able to clear this hurdle and attain satisfactory flow and timing by watching one of the videos. My biggest problem is that setting up the “family” is impossible. Every time I try to add my pets it says “add from another family”. None of my pets are in another family so this is no good. I have read directions, dissolved, deleted, retried all with no effect. So the whole monitoring actions are not happening. Not okay but when I have the patience I will call customer service and see if they can walk me through the set up.

The fountain quit working during the first 30 days. Messaged the seller requesting a return label. They asked if I’d used anything eg the filters, and I responded yes. No response from the seller since then. No return label provided. No refund either.

Wish it had a visible water volume window. Would make it easier to see when the water is getting low before the light kicks in.

Easy to assemble and setup. Opaque water tank makes it difficult to know how much water is in the tank and the spout design makes it not very exciting for cats. They will go for a waterer with a bubbler design or paw the water to make it move more.

I love it. Gives me peace of mind knowing how much water my pet is drinking and that the water is being filtered and flowing for fresh intake. Love how sanitary the water and bowl are. Simple to clean and refill. Fantastic app to help track and see when it is time to charge and clean; as well as on the device.

Esta muy bien pero el polvo y basura se acumula en la charola si estuviera un poco inclinado para que eso caldera hacia abajo y el chorro fuera hacia arriba para que mis gatos tomarán directamente del chorro y otra cosa no se que le pasa a la batería pero creo que se está descansando muy rápido pero eso tal vez sea yo que no le entiendo a la aplicación

Easy set up.

I wish you could actually control the fountain remotely - it seems I need to buy another "anchor" device to be able to do that? I feel like that was misrepresented in the product description as far as remote functionality as a stand alone product. Disappointing as this was the main selling point for me.

Great for elderly cats that don’t like to drink “plain water”.

I have 2 kitties and 3 floors, so I have two of these. Love them! Clean water and the kitties love it!

I bought this for my dogs as an additional water source. We have the Eversweet 3 Pro and they love it. For some reason, the refuse to drink out of this one even if the other is out of water or put up.

Easy to setup. Very quiet. Easy to clean. UVC pump is awesome. Excellent product.

I previously had the Eversweet 3 Pro water fountain for my cat. My cat is no longer with me, and now I have a 22 pound Cavapoo (half Cavalier Spaniel/half poodle. While he was fine with the smaller fountain system, I decided to upgrade to a larger unit. It’s more of a water flow than a fountain. It’s very quiet. In fact, it makes no noise at all. We have it plugged into a USB port for continuous flow. I feel better about continuous flow and filtering of the water. My dog loves it and won’t drink water from other sources. Once they’ve had the sweet, fresh, clean water, nothing else will do.

Finally, a fountain that doesn't take 20 minutes to scrub! Just toss the pieces in the dishwasher. It's the main reason I bought this one and it doesn't disappoint.

My dog loves this bowl! The app that pairs with it could use some improvements.

I tried many automatic fountains and nothing worked, every time water started moving, my cat just had it with it all and walked away.
This one is the only one that worked. Very quiet and good looking. My cat got curious, watched it some time, and then, surprise, she started drinking out of it. It’s been 6 months, and going great!

You can really tell the UVC light makes a difference. The water stays crystal clear and the slimy film takes way longer to build up.

This water fountain is amazing! It stays so clean because of the filter and I love that you can wash it in the dishwasher! I also love that it tells you when it needs to be refilled.

Easy to assemble, love that the water drinking "bowl" is a solid piece without any folded over edges for gunk to get stuck in. Kitty is able to drink without any leakage over the edges. Found it easy to clean and assemble. I'm very happy with the functionality, good value.

The app is simple, does what it needs to do.
