Does it have a sterilization function?
This model does not have a sterilization function. If you need sterilization capabilities, you can purchase the wireless pump (UVC version) separately.
Is it necessary to use the filter if I already have pure water for the water fountain?
Yes. Water is recycled through the filter to keep it free of hair, dust, and debris, ensuring the health of the pets.
How frequently do I need to replace the fountain filter?
It's suggested to replace the filter every 4 weeks to keep the water fresh.
Does this turn off automatically?
Yes. For safety reasons, the fountain will shut off automatically when there is insufficient water.
How long does the water in the fountain last?
With large capacity of 54oz/1.6L, the device can provide 1-2 cats fresh water for 5-7 days. Each pet's daily water intake is different, so the water refilling frequency will vary.
Can it be cleaned with a dishwasher?
No. All parts of the water fountain are not dishwasher safe.
How can I introduce my pet to it?
Place the water fountain where your pet currently drinks, keep the water flowing to entice your pet, and give timely rewards once your pet gets used to it.
Why does the packaging state the capacity as 1.8L?
1.8L is the maximum capacity, while 1.6L is the actual usable capacity.
