Only one I trust

I looked for filters that could be cheaper but functional and the reviews said they were leeching particles into the fountain so I stayed with the real deal. It's worth it for the health of my cats. They love their uvc fountain and I have peace of mind.

A simply miraculous device. The design, first rate. Looks cool (to my human eyes and my cat seems to agree). The wireless power is genius. And all of this for a price that's hard to beat.

The app makes it easy to order filters

Their app makes it easy to order replacement filters for the water fountain. However, the shipping takes quite a bit longer than you would expect from a company that has such quality/expensive products. Until they change their shipping partner give yourself about two weeks prior to the last filter needing to be replaced. Also, their products are quite expensive. But with the ease of use of the app and ordering replacement filters as well as the set up for the fountain I find that OK. But time will tell if I get my full value out of the product.
