EVERSWEET MAX (CORDLESS) supports both battery-operated and plugged-in modes. In battery-operated mode it can run up to 83 days running on a full charge.
Does it have a sterilization function?
EVERSWEET MAX (CORDLESS) does not have a sterilization feature. If you need sterilization capabilities, you can purchase the UVC wireless pump separately.
Can I track my pet’s drinking habits via PETKIT App?
Yes. You can access your pet’s daily/weekly/monthly drinking frequency and duration through the app. You can also monitor the device status, including, low water levels, low battery, and filter replacement notifications.
Is the water fountain stainless steel?
The water tray of EVERSWEET MAX (CORDLESS) is made of stainless steel with a non-stick coating, effectively resisting biofilm buildup.
Is it necessary to use the filter if I already have pure water for the water fountain?
Yes. Water is recycled through the filter to keep it free of hair, dust, and debris, ensuring the hydration health of the pets.
How frequently do I need to replace the fountain filter?
We suggest replacing the filter every 4 weeks to ensure the best performance.
Does this turn off automatically?
Yes. For safety protection, the water fountain will shut off automatically when there is insufficient water.
How often should I refill the water?
With large capacity of 101oz/3L, EVERSWEET MAX (CORDLESS) can offer 1 cat hydrate fresh water for 2 weeks. Each pet's daily water intake is different, so the water refilling frequency will vary.
Can it be cleaned with a dishwasher?
No. All components of the water fountain are not dishwasher safe.
How can I introduce my pet to the water fountain?
Place the water fountain where your pet currently drinks, keep the water flowing to entice your pet, and give timely rewards once your pet gets used to it. Be patient, as sensitive pets may need time to transition from their usual drinking bowl.
Can I take the water fountain on an outdoor trip?
Although the battery-operated mode of EVERSWEET MAX (CORDLESS) allows you to place it anywhere, it is recommended to keep it on a flat and sturdy surface in an indoor shelter. Outdoor environments increase the risk of water exposure to bacteria, so we do not recommend using the fountain for hiking or climbing.

Our cat seems to really like his new fountain. It is very compact and stay cleaner than out previous fountain. Also interesting that it tracks how frequently he uses it. Also like how it filters the water.
We have had several different brands and this one seems like it will work. Our Toyger cats are a little hesitant to use it right now because it is different so we have it beside our other brand one to help us decide if our cats will start to use it.

I should’ve read the description better about this device. It does not connect to Wi-Fi nor does it connect to other devices. I thought this was a “main” device would allow for remote connection to my $70 fountain. This is too expensive, I will likely return.
Does not issue water as needed constantly have to reset to release water
Great that it is cordless but I thought it ran continuously which it does not , only intermittent flow

This is an awesome machine that has saved me time and improved the health of my eight foster cats. I have two machines and they work beautifully. I love the fact that I get a notification when the water level is low and reminders about when to change the filters. The battery has lasted five days without a charge so far.

Must have! No slimly water with the UV light pump so upgrade to that. My cat is very happy. 😻 And with the app, I know she’s drinking water.

My biggest issue is that you do not know when it needs water? Why not have a viewing area to see water level.
I thought it was continuous and cordless. It is only continuous when it is plugged into the wall.

We understand that you expected continuous and wireless water flow from the EverSweet Max. However, as explained on our PETKIT official website, the device operates differently based on its power source to ensure energy efficiency.
When the EverSweet Max is plugged in, it provides a continuous flow of water. In battery mode, to conserve power and save energy, the device is designed to provide water intermittently. Specifically, it will dispense water for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which it will stop for 1 minute before resuming.
This feature is intended to extend battery life and promote environmental sustainability.

Excellent product. Dogs love it. Easy to fill and stays clean longer. Filters easy to change.
I bought 6 of these, so I made a serious investment. All said, I’m happy — but:
1) There is no visual way to see how much water is left in the tank. (For that matter, the app doesn’t track that either.) Why they did not design a window in the tank, I don’t know.
2) It’s unclear if you can use these w/o the expensive filters that must be replaced every 30-60 days. Why would you want to? Well, does your dog have heart disease? Maybe you’re trying to add electrolytes into their water. Is the filter removing them?
App is generally impressive & visually pleasing, but a combination of poor Chinglish and clunky reminders have me removing a star. Also some statistical features aren’t useful in a multi-pet home b/c it can’t distinguish between them.
This is a neat company doing innovative things. I own a whole ecosystem of their products. (But the auto-deodorizing spray pump of my cat litter box started malfunctioning shortly after my warranty expired.)
I like that they delivered it on time and it was very easy to hook up and setup took less then 5 minutes by the way and it was very quick they delivered it on time and being fast and efficient I would definitely like to order another cat feeder.

The water fountain works great. I like how it is cordless so I don't have issue of finding a place to plug in. The only thing I feel it could be improve if the battery can charge faster. The battery could take a whole day to be fully charge.
