Is it necessary to use the filter if I already have pure water for the water fountain?
Yes. Water is recycled through the filter to keep it free of hair, dust, and debris, ensuring the health of the pets.
How frequently do I need to replace the fountain filter?
It's suggested to replace the filter every 4 weeks to keep the water fresh.
How long does the water in the fountain last?
With large capacity of 68oz/2L, the device can provide 1-2 cats fresh water for 8-10 days. Each pet's daily water intake is different, so the water refilling frequency will vary.
Does it have a sterilization function?
This model does not have a sterilization function. If you need sterilization capabilities, you can purchase the UVC wireless pump separately.
Does it need to be constantly plugged in or can it run on batteries?
It needs to be plugged in all the time to pump water.
Does this turn off automatically?
Yes. For safety reasons, the fountain will shut off automatically when there is insufficient water.
Can it be cleaned with a dishwasher?
No. All parts of the water fountain are not dishwasher safe.
