Nice device, working as expected. It only arrived with a burnt charging cable connector. It works fine but not sure why it looks burnt outside the box.

Deeply disappointed. I’ve received $200 worth of subscription products that I don’t need. My emails asking for cancellation are ignored. Links in emails for account management are always “expired”.

I’ve always stored in airtight containers so this just makes sense. Would need the desicccant to keep it fresh.

I want to cancel the subscription but you have made it impossible to find where to cancel.

Bought the UVC water fountain bundle. In the bundle, desiccants was also selected so I purchased everything together. Come to find out, the desiccants are for the feeders and completely irrelevant to what I bought. Be careful in what you’re buying.

Do not waste your money on this. It is difficult to figure out. I had a continual blinking red light and the control panel said the unit needed water. I unplugged it, emptied it, and refilled it. The red light was still blinking. I contacted the help line and was told that the blinking red light meant it needed to charge for at least an hour. Three hours later, it is still blinking, with a full reservoir of water.
I also purchased the automatic litter box from this company and it was a horrible unit (spend the extra money and get a Whiskers Litter Robot)!
Fortunately, Amazon advocated for me and refunded my payment.
In addition, when I contacted the online help, concerning the water fountains, the message responded with a lower case “i” referring to who or whatever was responding as well as start the sentence with the same lower case “i”. This may seem silly to some, but the lack of writing properly using correct sentence structure is definitely a sign of non-professionalism.

I’ve got the feeder and I’ve got the watering units and recently ordered filters and desiccant. Oh desucan! Love the products and the app is awesome. Keep up the great work. Someday when I hit lotto I’ll get a litter unit. Lol
